1) I do hereby abide to terms & conditions of VJI from time to time with respect to VMC.

2) I agree to be an active member in my Home Club, failing which, my membership shall be removed.

3) I do hereby agree to provide the above said Discount % as concession to the Vasavi Master Card holders. Non providing of this mentioned concession shall be violating the terms & conditions and in such situation, I agree to remove me from VMC.

4) I agree to provide discount for active members only, failing my VMC shall be removed.

5) Accepting / Rejecting my membership in VASAVI MASTER CARD is sole discretion of VJI.

6) Any disputes pertaining to VASAVI MASTER CARD or VJI are subject to the jurisdiction of Hon’ble Courts at Eluru.
